King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard Confirm New Album ‘L.W.’ & Share ‘Pleura’ Single

“Aussie rockers King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard will release their 17th studio album, L.W., next Friday, February 26. The band previewed the nine-track LP with the video for “Pleura,” which was played live and filmed earlier today in Melbourne.

L.W. serves as a companion to King Giz’s November 2020 studio album, K.G.. Additionally, the LP is the third volume in the group’s exploration of microtonal tunings following 2017’s Flying Microtonal Banana and K.G.. The band previously shared L.W. singles “O.N.E.” and “If Not Now, Then When?”
