“For a few hours in the afternoon (mostly) young and (mostly) off-kilter garage and punk bands, including Ty Segall and Thee Oh Sees, took the wheel,” states Jon Caramanica of the New York Times. “Just prior, on a smaller stage, Milk Music played impressive, slightly sludgy punk that felt insular, a rarity.”
